The Gifford Branch of the Indian River County Library is located within the Gifford Youth Activity Center at 4875 43rd Avenue in Vero Beach. The library is open to the public and provides computer and Internet access. The collection is primarily for children and young adults up to High School.

Children's Summer Reading Incentive Program
Pick up a flyer today and start working on one of the three lists. After you complete each list, stop by the Children's Desk and receive a surprise. This is a fun program for

Love to argue?? Join us for a lively session debating teen topics. Choose to speak your mind 1 on 1, on teams or both. Teen judges also needed.
