Parachute Play


IRC Main Library

Thursdays 10:00am to 11:00am


Pre-schoolers can never get enough play in Story Time, so we made a weekly musical program out of it!.

 



Yoga Story Time


Brackett Library

Fridays 10:30am to 11:30am


Three to six year olds and their caregivers are invited to join this new program. Each week we read one book and then act it out in yoga poses, as well as practice sun salutations, dancing, and breathing exercises.


Craft Hour


Gifford Library

Tuesdays 4:00pm to 5:00pm



Free craft and art projects for 1st through 5th graders.

 



Kid-Fit


North IRC Library

Mondays 11:15am - 12:00pm


Kid-Fit is a fun physical fitness class for 3 to 6 year olds. Children must wear sneakers, .




Story Time

Tuesdays 10:00am - Toddler Time (18m to 2 years)

Tuesdays 11:00am - Pre-School Storytime (3 to 5 years)


North IRC Library

Mondays 10:00am - Toddler Time (18m to 3 years)

Tuesdays 10:00am - Baby Story Time (birth to 18m)

Tuesdays 11:15am - Pre-school (3 to 5 years)


Story Times at the branches of the IRC Library System feature storytelling, creative dramatics, fingerplays, rhymes, song, dance and a simple craft.

Registration is not required.



Monthly Art Workshop


IRC Main Library

1st Saturday of the Month 10:30am to 12:30pm



Each month, 1st through 5th graders will have fun with a different form of art; including clay and paint. Create your own masterpieces and learn about famous examples of each month's medium.

Registration is required for this program.

 



Baby Sign Language


IRC Main Library

Mondays 10:00am to 11:00am


The Sign Language classes are informal, fun and educational experiences for birth to two year olds and their families.

The programs focus primarily on rhymes and songs and learning of common sign language words and phrases.

Registration is not required for these programs.
