- Obtained the MacArthur Foundation Grant to acquire 200 video classics;
- Organizes Natinoal Library Week Activities
- Hosts an Annual Volunteer Luncheon during National Library Week;
- Participates in the Indian River Educational Network, the international, on-line
computer system (IRENE).
